These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ARCH 360 ERP, operated by ARCH 360 Pvt. Ltd. (“ARCH 360”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using ARCH 360 ERP (including https://new.arch360.com.pk), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. About ARCH 360 ERP
ARCH 360 ERP is a business management platform that may include:
- Project and client management
- Invoicing and documentation
- Team, attendance, time-tracking, and staff requests
- Payroll-related and performance management
- Internal communication
- Marketing and social-media management
- Other business functions enabled for your organization
Available features depend on account, role, permissions, and configuration.
2. User Accounts
- Provide accurate information
- Use only your authorized account
- Keep credentials confidential
- Report suspected unauthorized access promptly
- Do not share accounts with unauthorized people
You are responsible for activity under your credentials.
3. Role-Based Access
ARCH 360 ERP uses role-based permissions (for example administrators, management, team leads, employees, HR/accounts, marketing, sales, and other authorized roles). You must not attempt to access information or features outside your assigned permissions.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Access another user’s account without authorization
- Bypass security controls or probe systems without permission
- Interfere with service operation or upload malware
- Abuse APIs, rate limits, or integrations
- Use the service for unlawful activity
- Misuse confidential or personal information
- Violate third-party platform policies (including TikTok)
- Publish content you do not have rights to use
5. User Content
Users may upload images, video, documents, captions, project data, and other business content. You and your organization are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use and publish that content, and for ensuring it complies with law and platform rules.
6. Social Media Integrations
ARCH 360 ERP may integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google services, and others. Authorized users may connect accounts and manage or publish content through those integrations.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining authorization for connected accounts
- Reviewing permissions requested by each platform
- Ensuring published content complies with platform rules
- Having rights to publish the content
ARCH 360 does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, suspensions, or enforcement actions.
7. TikTok Integration
ARCH 360 ERP may use TikTok APIs to provide authorized social functionality for the TikTok developer application named ARCH 360 ERP.
- This does not make ARCH 360 part of TikTok or imply TikTok endorsement.
- Users must comply with TikTok Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and applicable laws.
- Content published to TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s moderation and availability rules.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue TikTok features due to API changes, policy requirements, security, or technical reasons.
- Users should disconnect TikTok access if they no longer need it.
8. Intellectual Property
ARCH 360 ERP software, interface, branding, logos, documentation, and technology are owned by or licensed to ARCH 360 Pvt. Ltd., except third-party materials. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse proprietary parts of the service without authorization.
9. Third-Party Services
The ERP may depend on third-party hosting, APIs, and tools. Those services have their own terms and availability. ARCH 360 is not responsible for their independent operation.
10. Service Availability
We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, security events, third-party outages, connectivity, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Security & Confidentiality
We implement reasonable security measures. Users must not attempt to compromise them. Confidential business information accessed through the ERP may only be used for legitimate authorized purposes.
12. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary due to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Unauthorized access, fraud, or security risk
- Misuse of the service or APIs
- Legal requirements
- Employment / organizational changes
- End of the relevant business relationship
13. Changes to the Service
We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features. Third-party integrations may change independently because of provider API or policy updates.
14. Disclaimer
ARCH 360 ERP is provided for business-management purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that all information, calculations, reports, integrations, or outputs are always complete or error-free. Users remain responsible for reviewing important business, financial, payroll, legal, tax, and operational information before relying on it.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARCH 360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of (or inability to use) the service, including losses involving third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
